You're ready but he's still not. Taking intimacy to the next level is important to you. It's something that you're familiar with and you're concerned about. Why men pull away in relationships! The familiar place that you're in right now you've been there before just 1 year ago. So you've been involved with this great guy now for 3 years and to you things seem great until you mention that you want to go to the next level with the relationship.

The answer to the solution lay in how well you know men. Not your man per say but men in general. Pretty much the large majority of all men have several key things going on that every woman needs to know and understand about men that all women can use to their full advantage that'll answer puzzling questions about their mens reluctance to commit as well as how to get them to gravitate in their direction without all the tension and disappointment.

The first thing women need to understand about men and why they pull away in relationships is that men and women think differently about everything, period. Men come to different conclusions in different ways. Since men are different than women anatomically they see and process information in a completely different manner.

As far as relationships and commitments are concerned men govern how they feel about women in many cases by their gut. This isn't to say that they don't feel things in their heart it just means that men process in formation and make decisons concerning love based on their gut feelings. Commitment phoebic men are cautious naturally. But men who aren't afraid of commitment typically goes by how they feel inside their gut. If there is something amiss or doesn't FEEL quite right in a man's gut then that would be a time when a man pulls away.

The solution is to in a discreet way either find out what's making him pull back or juts start to try and understand some of the things that he may have voiced his concern over about the relationship that may be causing him to resist getting closer to you. Many times a lot of these things have to do with you perhaps voicing your opinion on why he needs time alone or a little space every now and then. It's natural for all men to want it and he'll resent it or take it personally if you don't see this.

On the same note he has to repect a woman for wanting to do things that women need to do from time to time. When you're with your man try to spend time with him on a level that's just between the both of you. When I say this I mean don't connect with him on a level that you would connect with a girlfriend on. The connection with him needs to be one of total trust and complete devotion. While the exact reason for why he has pulled away may or may not be known the important thing is to change the feeling and or mental blocks that may exist now.

His thing may be fishing, golfing, jogging, whatever it may be if you don't support him with it then it says to him that that's something that you've given him an ultimatum about and he will grow to feel in his gut that although as natural as it is to a man to want it that you have made it hard for him to do it, guess what, he's going to pull back. Congrats, you've just created a wedge! One that'll exist until either you change it or he creates a mechanism for coping and that's not a good thing.

Now, how many of these wedges a woman creates depends largely on how well she understands what a mans wants and needs are. At this point trying to get a man to commit is highly unlikely. And so it all begins, the long drawn out scenario with the proverbial elephant in the room thing starts. You know the one where everything seems OK but in all actuality it's far from it. The relationship is breaking down!

This is only one of the more common reasons for why men pull away in relationships. There are others.

The man is slowly but surely distancing himself and the woman pretends that she doesn't understand what's going on, and perhaps she doesn't but because you don't talk all lines of communications are closed. Needless to say that there will come a point in time when this can only get worse all because of, for whatever the reason, either not knowing how or knowing but not doing it, just not meeting the needs and wants of your man.

All of a sudden just like that the future of ever getting your man to ever commit is in jeopardy, right? Wrong! The problem started a long time ago. From the first time those gut feelings started to manifest themselves from inside your man is when he started pulling away from you.

How To Be Approachable To Men: Simple Tactics That Encourage Men To Approach You

Like it or not, in today's dating world it is still largely the guy's job to approach the woman and make first contact.

The problem here is that most women consciously or subconsciously do things that make them seem unapproachable to men. This article will describe some simple tactics that will teach you how to be approachable to men and increase your chances of being asked out by Mr. Right.

1. Stay out of groups in social settings:

It is a fact that men hate approaching groups of women. One of the biggest fears in a man's life is fear of rejection and if you are in a group of women in a social setting he will feel as though he has to impress the whole group to have a chance to impress you. In his mind this substantially decreases his chances of success and will discourage him from taking action.

Men are a lot like water: we want to take the path of least resistance. We are also by nature hunters and at a basic level hunters choose targets that stray away from the herd.

This doesn't mean you have to spend the rest of your social time alone and away from your friends. But it helps to realize that a big part of the answer to how to be approachable to men is to make yourself easily accessible to that attractive guy that has singled you out but is waiting for the right moment to approach you.

Making trips to the bathroom or the bar alone or just taking some time to walk the event by yourself will give men an opportunity to approach you and focus their attention on just you. That would be pretty nice, wouldn't it?

2. Male friends are poison in dating situations:

It is a strange paradox, but a man that is with an attractive woman makes him more attractive to other women, but a woman with another man may as well be invisible to prospective men.

If you have male friends that you spend your social time with, they are making you unapproachable when it comes to other men.

It doesn't matter whether it's your brother, your boss or your best friend, if you are out in social settings with another man, you are lowering your odds of meeting the right man to slim to none.

Once again, think of the primal nature of men as hunters. It is wired into us not to hunt on another man's claim. And we don't know the nature of the relationship. And on a modern level, most men aren't looking to be punched for hitting on another man's woman.

Is your best friend a man? If you are in this situation, he is secretly in love with you but says nothing because he is afraid of being rejected by you.

I know you think I'm kidding but it's true.

A man that is your best friend will actively send signals to other men when you are out to keep them from approaching you. In doing so, he is hoping that you will see the man who is right in front of you, him.

He is shooting for the deserted island effect, where he is the only dating option as if the two of you were stranded , shipwrecked on a deserted island. Because he is afraid of rejection he is trying to subtly steer things toward his desired outcome.

Again, I am not suggesting that to find Mr. Right you need to abandon every male friend you have, but if you are wanting to know how to be more approachable to men, you should at least know how you are perceived by them when you are in a social setting with another man (or men).

3. Be aware of your "look", how do you appear to others in a social setting:

How your neutral, natural look is perceived as you go about your day can have a big effect on your approachability.

A great many people have a neutral look that can be perceived as happy. But just as many people have a neutral look that comes across as upset or even angry. It has nothing to do with personality. It is just the perception that is created by appearance.

If you want to know how to be approachable to men, you will need to be aware of your neutral look. If you have a neutral look that comes off as upset or angry, you will need to go out of your way to compensate for this misplaced perception.

I see this perceived angry look A LOT when encountering women that are extremely attractive. If you start a friendly conversation with this type of woman, the perceived anger often melts away as communication gives them the opportunity to shift out of their neutral look and let their true personality glow through. But until that happens these women often seem unapproachable.

Especially the knockouts. If they have the looks combined with the "look", the combination can be too intimidating for most men, for whom fear of rejection is often their biggest fear.

As a result extremely attractive women are often not meeting enough quality men because many men will put themselves "out of the race" so to speak, when dealing with knockouts. on a scale of 1-10 in terms of beauty, the 7's are probably the most approached. The 8's 9's and 10's will often not meet enough quality men because many of these men will "price themselves out" of the high end market.

So it is in a woman's best interest to learn how to be approachable to men by understanding how men will view them. They can then take steps to open up avenues of approachability with men they would like to meet.

4. Smile at everyone you meet and laugh often:

This is good advice for everyone, but extremely useful for the extremely attractive ladies and the one's with the perceived "negative neutral look". By being friendly you are giving the men you are interested the "green light" to approach you, which will overcome the uncertainty caused by his fear of rejection.

And by taking the time to go out of your way to be friendly to everyone, you will meet many new and great people beyond dating considerations and put a "friendly aura" around yourself that is extremely attractive.

This has been a very long article but we have really just scratched the surface of how to be approachable to men.

After becoming "approachable", you may also want to learn techniques that will aid you in keeping him interested.

Scents That Attract Women

One of the top three most unattractive things to a women is a man that smells bad. Body odour can come from a lot of places, so be sure to be thorough in your daily cleaning routine. You should be sure to do all of the below every day.

-Brush your teeth, a mild minty toothpaste is fine

-Mouthwash, again not too strong smelling

-Breath mints, the same as above.

-Cologne, different scents will be covered later

-Moisturiser, for attractive, clear skin and unblocked pores

-Deodorant, consider an antiperspirant if you sweat a lot, doesn't need to be scented if you have cologne

-Clean clothes, scents can stay on clothing worn more than once

-Nice-smelling hair products, if you wish to use hair styling products, no strong smells.

-Shower gel/body wash, natural body washes are the best, smell natural.

Now for the actual scents that can attract women.

Smelling neutral is the first step, as long as you do not smell offensive to anyone around you then that is good, the natural smell from the body wash along with a persons natural smell is one of the easily and with little money spent. Buy a natural, unscented olive oil soap or body wash and wash all hairy parts of your body at least 3 times. Hair can retain smell surprisingly well so make sure you are thorough. After achieving this natural fresh scent, you can work on , even without them realising.

The first of many is.. Caramel. Yes caramel, that wonderful sweet candy. Women will remember caramel, they will remember that sweet smell from their childhood, they will associate it with sweet smells from their childhood, celebrations and other fun candy eating times. You will subconsciously make your date think of these things when she gets near you, making her want to get nearer to you, and making her remember and think of good, happy thoughts while she is near, further encouraging this.

Another scent that applies to this food rule scent to attract women, is ice cream. Ask anyone their favourite flavour of ice cream, you can almost guarantee it will be chocolate or vanilla. In their top two. This is a tip I picked up from someone else, and believe it or not it actually works! Take a drop of vanilla extract, dilute it in some water, source water is preferred, and then wash your hair with a little of it, not all of it. Women will just want to take a bite out of you when they meet you, and you will once again remind them of all those sweet happy times.
