5 Step Formula to Managing Difficult Personalities

As long as there are people in the world there will always be people who are different from each other. We all have our own set of values, morals, beliefs and agendas. Is it any wonder there are clashes, differences of opinion and difficult personalities to deal with?

Wherever there is tension there is a need for something to be resolved.

I am learning more and more that whatever is in my life, it is there for a reason and it is always a reflection of whatever I’ve got going on inside my thoughts and feelings.

The choice is ours. We can absolutely push those thoughts and feelings aside and get about our lives. But haven’t you noticed these same situations tend to pop up somewhere else. It might be a different version of the event or involve other people, but the theme is always similar.

Difficult personalities actually create the perfect opportunity for personal growth.
